While I pathetically sit here (equally pathetically – and unsuccessfully) attempting to clock linebackers run the 40 yard dash on TV at the NFL Combine – the last “athletic event” (how ridiculous is that) in the RCA Dome’s history – we should attend to a few matters with the Jets and Giants current rosters.

It’s about time. It’s been almost a month since the Giants triumph in the desert, and while the euphoria hasn’t dissipated, if you’re like me, you’ve been itching uncontrollably for baseball since about February 10.
