When we last saw the Fightin’ Phils, they were beating the Nationals to win the NL East crown on September 30, 2007 (we’ve strangely lost all memory of some phantom “playoff series” alleged between the Phillies and Rockies). Six months later, the Nats return to Citizens Bank Park for Philadelphia’s Opening Day.
